How people were getting these Minecraft Capes for free...

Here's how people were getting the Minecraft Vanilla and Cherry Blossom capes recently. I got a lot of comments on my last video about this so thought I'd make a quick video to clarify some things and to clear up some misconceptions. I don't go into the method of obtaining them but if you're still wanting to try it you can quite easily discern it from the comments below. I'm a bit weary of calling it an exploit, as it all seems to be some social engineering/support error that was the issue. Again, I do not encourage or endorse this method, as I'm aware that this is probably overwhelming the support teams and understand that Mojang themselves seem to be cracking down on it. The video is purely for educational purposes.
