Under the hood lives an Earth Dreams V-6 engine that includes Variable Valve Timing and Variable Cylinder Management. The 3.5 liter V-6 engine makes 278 horsepower and 252 lb-ft. of torque. Power is put down through a 6-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is 20 MPG in the city and 30 MPG on the highway. There is also a less powerful 4-cylinder that averages a little bit better fuel economy. On the inside, the Crosstour has a very nice design. There are 2 screen located in the center console, one controls the navigation and while the other is for the radio.
