All purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 2 cups or 250gm ( instead use whole wheat flour or mix of two flour ) 3. Paneer - 50gm 4. Crushed Ginger ( Ada ) - 2 inch 5. Chopped Green chilli - 3 nos. ( or as required ) 6. Turmeric powder ( haladi gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp 7. Kashmiri red chilli powder ( lanka gunda ) - 1 tbsp 8. Coriander powder ( dhania gunda ) - 1 tbsp 9. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp 10. Chaat masala - 1/4 tbsp ( or take 2-3 drops lemon juice ) 11. Chopped Fresh Coriander leaves ( dhania patra ) 12. Fresh Curry leaves ( Bhrusanga patra ) 13. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi ) - 1 tbsp 14. Cumin seeds ( jeera ) - 1/4 tbsp 15. Salt to taste 16.
