Here's the full workout: A1: Jumping alternate lunges x 8/leg A2: Plank x 20secs (3 rounds of both) B1: Hand supported pistol squat x 6/leg B2: Push-ups x 15 (3 rounds of both) C1: Pull-ups x 8 C2: Candlestick Burpee’s x 10 (3 rounds of both) Jog for 5-10mins **A, B, and C are done as supersets. Perform the first exercise, then the second, and then rest, before repeating for 3 total rounds. If you don't have anywhere to do pull-ups substitute with inverted bodyweight rows on a sturdy table.
