After receiving very good feedback from you all for my first Street food " Egg Lahori " here I am with another very Amazing and delicious Egg recipe. Just Try this recipe once and you will Make it Again and again ' Egg Fish Curry " best Indian street food recipe - best stuff egg omelette curry - egg fish curry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Egg fish curry Khada Masala : Cumin seed: 1 tsp Coriander seed: 1 tsp Black pepper: 1 tsp Cloves: 2-3 green Cardamom: 1 Cinnamon: 1/2 inch Roughly grind above Masala Green masala paste Fresh coriander: 2 hands full Garlic cloves: 5-6 Ginger: 1 inch Masala For stuffing Butter: 1 tbsp Chopped onion: 1 medium Chopped tomato: 2 medium Green Masala paste: 1 1/2 tsp Salt Red chilli powder: 2 tsp Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder: 1 tsp Khada Masala Powder: 1/2 tsp Coriander powder: 1 1/2 tsp Grated Boiled egg: 2 Water: 1/2 cup Step : 1. Add butter in a pan, when it’s hot add chopped onion and let it cook till the time it becomes golden brown. 2. Add chopped tomato and mix it well let it cook till the time tomato cooks nicely, then add the Green masala paste and mix it well. 3. Add salt and mix it well. Use pan bhaji smasher and mix it well. let it cook for 3 -5 min. 4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, Chad masala powder, coriander powder and mix it well 5. Add grated boiled egg, when masala Start to release oil.mix it well and let cook for 3 min. 6. Add water and mix it well, let it cook till the time it starts to release oil and becomes thick. 7. When it’d done remove it in a bowl. For Gravy Butter: 1 tbsp Chopped onion: 1 medium Chopped tomato: 1 medium Boiled egg yolk: 1 Green masala paste: 1 1/2 Khada masala powder: 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder: 1 1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves / Kasuri methi: 2 tsp Salt Tomato sauce: 2 tbsp Red chilli powder: 2 tsp Water: 3/4 cup Step : 1. In a pan add butter, when it’s hot, then add chopped onion and mix it well. let it cook till the time it becomes golden brown. Then add chopped tomato and let it cook for 5 min. 2. Once the tomato is cooked add the boiled egg yolk and mix it well using pan bhaji smasher. 3. Add the green masala paste and mix it well. Then add khada masala powder, coriander powder mix it well. Let it cook for another 3-4 min.then add crushed dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well. 4. Add salt, tomato sauce and red chilli powder and mix it well, Add little water and let it cook for 5-7 min. 5. Once done turn off the heat and remove the gravy Green Omelette Egg : 2 Green masala paste : 1 tsp Salt Butter : 1/2 tsp Garnishing : Chopped coriander cheese step : 1. Add 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and green masala paste, mix it well 2. Heat the pan and apply butter. Pour the beaten egg mixture on the pan when it’s hot. Spread it thin. 3. flip it, when it’s roasted nicely, put the Stuffing masala at the corner of the omelette, and make a roll-out of it, using a spoon or the knife. 4. When you roll it, then press it little and make it flat just like fish shape. 5. Remove it in a serving plate, cut it the way you like. 6. Garnish with Gravy and some cheese and chopped coriander The delicious fish egg curry is ready to eat. Eat this dish with, pav, Roti, nan or chapati.
