Make a well in the middle, add yeast mixture. Stir with a whisk until it is too difficult, then stir with a wooden until combined. Place into 3 buttered loaf pans. Let the dough rise for 20 minutes Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When baked remove from oven and butter the tops of the loaves. Dump from the pans and let them cool on their sides or on a rack. *Optional: Grated cheese and bacon can be added when you are kneading them into loaves. Cook the bacon – not too crispy. When forming the loaves, pat into a rectangle and sprinkle bacon and cheese over dough, fold into dough (by kneading) and form a loaf.
