ख्रीष्टको रगतको विरुद्ध नरकको कुनै पनि शक्ति खडा हुन सक्दैन । प्राचीन कालमा इस्राएलीहरुलाई थुमाको रगतद्वारा नै परमेश्वरले मिश्रको दासत्वबाट छुटकारा दिलाउनुभएर प्रतिज्ञाको भूमिमा पुर्याउनुभएको थियो। आज पनि, तपाई र मलाई पापमय जीवन, श्राप र हाम्रो जिवनमा भएका हरेक बन्धनबाट छुटकारा दिने ख्रीष्टको रगत नै हो। बाइबलमा अझ यसो पनि भनिएको छ कि हामीले थुमाको (ख्रीष्टको) रगत र आफ्नो गवाहीको वचनद्वारा शैतानमाथि विजयी हुन सक्छौँ। यसकारण हामीले ख्रीष्टको रगतको अख्तियारमा विश्वास गरेर आफ्नो मुखबाट निस्कने शब्दहरुले त्यो कुराको गवाही दिइरहनु पर्छ। No power of hell can stand against the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood of the lamb was the only way for Israelites to get out of Egypt. In the same way, it is only the blood of Jesus that delivers us from sinfulness, curses, and all shackles over our lives. The Bible says that we can overcome the devil by the blood of the lamb (Christ) and by the word of our testimony.
