Barchick Western Trip Summer 1952. This segment contains lots of driving through some rough roads in Northern California before heading into Oregon. At some point they apparently drove through Dunsmuir, CA during this part of the trip, though it is not obvious. You'll see lots of logging and dam constructions. There is some footage around Crater Lake, including where they are amused to come across Annie Spring. They have some footage of the Lookout Point Dam construction, which opened in 1953. They have a bit of film in Portland, OR before quickly recording Wahkeena Falls, Multnomah Falls, and Horsetail Falls all of which empty into the Columbia River.
