In this repair tutorial on Rad RC we encounter a lower cell voltage reading on the battery charger and apply a very easy fix to raise the voltage within the acceptable voltage range. A 2s Lipo battery is 7.4v and must remain above the cutoff voltage of 3v. A 3s Lipo battery is 11.1v and must remain over the cutoff voltage of 9v.
