Just like many new Loan Signing Agents, I was curious on how a PCOR needed to be filled out, and mainly how to guide the signer through it in an efficient way without telling them what to pick at the same time. Mark Wills at Loan Signing System gave me a foundation on the subject through his training but I still had questions so I dug into it, took the time to read each PCOR's line, instructions and getting knowledge through talking to various people, googling a few things. I now feel comfortable with it. I've also noticed that a lot of experienced Notary Loan Signing Agents don't really know the form well and don't really care for it. Same thing for the Documentary Tax Affidavit that goes with the PCOR. I experienced firsthand the lack of knowledge and interest from a very seasoned Notary Loan Signing agent who said she didn't know much of it and actually even check things incorrectly for me when signing the buyer's packet for my new condo!
