Exploring the Surprise Mine For New Finds

We return to a mine we have been to before, the Surprise Mine. This mine is one I want to keep a bit secret, so this isn't the real name. This site was worked from around 1930 to the mid 1950's, and it has an incredible variety of artifacts, flooded shafts, beautiful minerals, and really long tunnels. Being a Silver and Zinc mine, this site also has an awesome variety of beautiful minerals, and large veins which still have large sections of galena, pyrite, and sphaleritre still embedded in the wall. This mine was an awesome explore, resulting in us seeing a few thousand feet of tunnel we had never seen before, and documenting as much as we can. This mine will not be open for very much longer, and we wanted to make sure that we record as much of it as we can before it may be closed forever.
