Add oil and mix again. Add water and mix one more time forming a ball. Let sit covered for 15 mins or so. Roll out and toast both sides on a frying pan. Jam it in your dutch oven and fill with refried bean and cheese. Get it nice and crispy. Top up with chopped veggies and sauces and feast.
