CZ P01 vs 75 D Compact (PCR) - some Czech alternatives to the Glock 19.

These are two older compact 9mm pistols in my collection. The CZ 75 P-01 and CZ 75 D Compact (a.k.a. PCR) are two aluminum frame DA/SA 9mm pistols, that are usually overlooked when people are selecting carry pistols. There are a few notable differences beyond the obvious rail on the P-01 and the shorter non-railed dust-cover on the PCR. The P-01 seems geared more toward duty use, while the PCR is clearly aimed at the concealed carry market. The mid-sized pistol market is flooded with great options beyond these two pistols, even a number of other options from CZ. But if you're looking for a good alloy-framed DA/SA pistol to carry, you should definitely consider these two. I haven't included any shooting footage with these pistols. I have some other footage of me shooting the P-01 on my channel in various videos, but no footage yet of the PCR. Just lots of dry-fire these past months. If you're considering buying the PCR (75 D Compact), definitely watch until 20:52 to see what happens when you try to load from the breach, as opposed to loading from the magazine. Most semi-automatic pistols (excluding the 1911) can be loaded from the breach without issue, but this specific iteration of the CZ 75 cannot. Might be a deal breaker for some.
