Sold is a restored/pristine, original and stock 1937 Ford Model 85 Roadster. Extremely rare, this vehicle comes out of the Nick Alexander Collection. Nick Alexander owned and sold one of the most extensive Ford and Mercury Woodie collections in the world. The collection was sold in Monterey in 2009 by RM Auctions. Total sale exceeded $7 million. With just 783 miles after a complete body-off-frame restoration, this is an investment quality Ford. Mr. Alexander informed me that there may be only ten of this example known to exist today. Like a rare Gold coin or a prime piece of real estate, this is one to keep. The video speaks volumes for the ultra-fine condition of this collectible.
