Hello, neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look at the Tekonsha T-One trailer wiring harness on a 2021 Ford Bronco. So, this is what it's gonna look like installed. And you're gonna see it's got a nice, molded-in dust cap here, which is really nice. So, whenever you're not using it, you can cap that up. And also, we've added a little bracket here because this hitch actually had a welded-on tab. So, if this is something that you're interested in, you can actually pick up a bracket to get this permanently mounted. But really, you don't have to do that. You can use this dust cap to hook it onto your safety chain loop and that should work all the same. Now, this wiring harness uses factory style connections to make it easy to just plug and play into your taillights. And overall, it's pretty simple to install. You are gonna have to drill a hole with a self-tapping screw for your ground wire. And you are gonna be running some power wires up into the engine bay and connecting to your battery. Overall, that's pretty easy to do and I'm here to walk you through every single step. So, let's get your wiring installed. We're gonna begin our installation by first taking a look at the wiring harness itself, so we kinda have the lay of the land. So, first thing, we're gonna see a black wire and this is already stripped. This is gonna be where we attach our power wire. And there's an extra large loom of wire and that's gonna run up to our 12 volt battery source in the engine bay, allowing us to have power. Now, next, we have a white wire with a ring terminal attached and this is just gonna get self-tapped into the frame of the vehicle. And then that way, it's grounded. Moving along, we have a yellow and brown wire. And you're gonna see that this one's a little bit shorter than our other connectors and the reason being is this is gonna go on our driver's side or our left turn signal. The module's gonna kind of live underneath the vehicle. And the rest of the wire here, we have a longer red and green wire. And this has the same connectors as the yellow and brown. And you can see it's quite a bit longer and the reason being is this is gonna run over to our passenger taillight. And finally, we just have our four-pole and that's gonna live next to the hitch, allowing us to hook up to our trailer. So, let's go ahead and we'll get this opened up, and that's gonna gain us access to our taillights. Now, you're gonna see right away, there are going to be two Phillip heads. And these are actually in like a plastic button fashion. So, with these, just kind of be light when you turn them. Sometimes the whole actual thing can spin and you don't want that. Just that center portion for now. And if you put pressure on it, sometimes they'll actually push back in, which you also don't want. But pretty gently here, we'll just get those extended. And you can actually probably take out the center portion if you want, or you can pry it off with your fingers, or using a trim panel removal tool also is really nice cause you can kind of just pry those off. But either way, we're gonna go ahead and get these out. And throughout this whole process, you're gonna wanna hold on to all your hardware. It's gonna make it a lot easier for reinstallation later. So, find a nice, suitable place to keep all your things nice and organized. Now, we'll open up our glass. And you're gonna see that there's gonna be two more of these at the top and bottom. So, go ahead and get those removed as well. There are four plastic Phillips outta the way here. There's gonna be two 10 millimeter bolts that we're gonna go ahead and remove. So, let's get those off. So now, this whole panel should be able to come out. Now, there may be some clips here but we'll just kind of work our way through here. And this rubber kind of allows us to kind of move this around. You may have to kind of peel at it a little bit. But once we have that off, that's gonna gain us access to where our taillights are. So, let's go ahead. We'll also repeat that same process on the passenger side. That way, we have access to our taillight. So now, we can see that we have our taillight plug right here. It's gonna be nice and easy to separate without actually having to take the taillight out, so that's pretty nice. And we're gonna just push on this clip and lift up, and that's gonna separate it. Now, if you look at the plug and you compare that to your wiring harness, you're gonna see that they are identical. And that's because they do piggyback into each other. And what we're gonna want to do, the module's gonna live under
