My friend Zion has owned a mk2 MR2 (SW20), but blew his 5SFE engine from a rusty radiator. After almost a year of saving and searching, he found a 3SGE red top BEAMS engine that he plans on swapping in. So I'm here to film the process of what hopefully turns out to be a fun and successful project. This could either become a decent tutorial / guide of the swap, or a "what not to do". In this first part, we remove everything necessary to drop the engine and transmission. This includes everything like the coolant hoses, wires, cables, motor mounts, suspension, axles, and exhaust. Then we actually pull the engine out from the car.
