This is required when you do a fresh install of Protégé GX on a new server or when you add new features to an existing system such as doors, photo ID, muster report or time and attendance. Please note that you must download the license from the GX server directly and not a remote client. If you are moving an existing license to a new GX server, please contact our support team so we can release the hardware profile attached to the license to allow another registration 😉.
