For 5 minutes we will alternate between sprinting on the spot and side sprints. 30 seconds for each move and we will keep going for 5 minutes. Work as hard as you like. If you find it easy - then try and increase the pace and the opposite if you find it too hard ;-). Just try and not stop moving for the 5 minutes.
