I finally found the website that gave me my original method of rendering (courtesy of corporalgregg) so now I can start rendering how I did back probably around the Lego Rock Band videos or whenever because it's so much faster and efficient. So yay. However, still tweaking some other stuff to seeif I can improve it so we shall see. Oh boy, blind hate time. Now as for the pack... This isn't going to come as a surprise but this pack will get loads and loads of hate. No doubt about that. Like INSURMOUNTABLE (check: all-caps) amounts of hate up the wazoo. However, as a not-fan of Linkin Park, I have to say this isn't nearly as bad as people make/have made it out to be. srsly This is tolerable, like, waaaay moreso than people make it out to be. Somehow people seem to think that dlc is expected from Activision and somehow they feel obligated to hate on it because it's a completely optional download that has absolutely no bearing on the person whatsoever, especially those who exclusively DON'T download songs off Guitar Hero. Like really, you wouldn't believe how many people who CLAIM (again, notice the all-caps?) they don't PLAY (again, right there) Guitar Hero, but then for whatever reason they complain about the songs being outed for dlc? It actually kind of makes me laugh on why people get so fucking offended about this shit, but what do I know, this is the internet and people love complaining Don't like it? Don't buy it. Don't play it? Don't complain. =) Also, this really shouldn't come as a surprise, they've been promoting new things for bands ALL THE TIME! See: Metallica, Oasis, Soundgarden, Linkin Park etc Actually those are pretty spread out but for the most part, it's new content that's distributed in higher quantities than in the three packs. Oh well h8rz gun h8 As for the pack, not terrible. My opinion of course but like I said, not as bad as people are making it out to be. I went in not having listened to the songs and if I can be a not-fan of this band and call this pack TOLERABLE (oh look, caps, there it is again), then I'd hate to hear what the people who supposedly are fans call shit. I don't know. Grow up a little. Deal with it. It's not difficult on ANYTHING (except drums maybe, and for twa, vocals), and they did chart a bunch of non-guitar stuff (as opposed to charting nothing, they had a "good" reason to), but it wasn't too terrible. Bass was actually pretty bad. I'm really genuinely surprised as to how/why darren missed so much haha like seriously "hey gais luk I can fc holy wars but not fc a linkin park song on bass!" lulz I kid. But seriously. THAT ALL BEING SAID... Overall, I'd say this is probably a 5/10 for me. meh. Anyway, if you're done reading this far and pretty much raging about what I said, whatever, I don't really care, it's super late and I have an interview I need to prepare for, my intent was not to offend or deceive, I just want to be able to defend a standpoint of an opinion that's not necessarily mine =) that doesn't really make sense actually, I'm pretty unbiased and if you've been a long-time subscriber YOU'LL KNOW I PLAY AND ENJOY BOTH SERIES but of course this'll all be overlooked by the lolwall of text. oh well Enjoy!... or try to. =) but really
