If you like the content don't forget to show your love by liking this video and dropping a comment... ╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗ ║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣╔╣╔╣║╚╣═╣ ╠╗║╚╝║║╠╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣ ╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝ _______________________________________ Few things to consider before starting : ESC used in this Tutorial is Skystars KO45 Blheli_32 Make sure you apply some paper tape on the ESC to prevent solder balls from flying into the circuitry Use air, at last, to remove any solder dust from PCB if possible Do one ESC pad at once either go for VCC / + or GND / - don't try to do both at once Make sure to increase solder temperature when doing it for the GND pad since ground need more temperature while soldering Use 24AWG silicone wire for covering Capacitor legs _______________________________________ Detailed Instructions : Firstly pre tin your XT60 with Leaded Solder ( Don't Skip it ) Depending on your ESC pad type you'll have to decide if you need to pre tin it or not if it's a slotted ESC pad ( One having cutout space for wires to fit in ) then you don't have to pre tin it because you need space to fit in your wires during soldering if it's a normal flat pad then you need to pre tin it Use third hand or clips or tweezers to hold your wires in the correct position ( Optional ) Firstly use minimum solder and heat ( to conserve flux in solder ) to attach the wire to the pad so that they don't move during the next steps ( Don't skip it ) Now flip the ESC and do the soldering on the ventral side ( face facing the ground ), only add some solder on top, and don't reflow the entire joint yet keep temperature low ( to conserve flux in solder ) Now go back to the other side of the pad where you used some solder to fix wire so it doesn't move and add some solder (Now use high temperature) and at last reflow the entire joint and it's done :) Repeat same steps with other ESC pad
