Nothing as been as numerous and difficult to fish through as ladyfish. Yes I know they make great chunk bait, but Dan from Sushi Everyday (   / @sushiwithdan  ) had me swing by his house to prep up some ladyfish. They are loaded with bones and extremely slimy but Dan showed me an interesting way to get the most yield and least bones out of this fish. Thanks again for another excellent collaboration that was pretty eyeopening.
