QMX LIVES TO POTA ON!

If you saw my last video, you'll know that my QMX died during a Parks on the Air activation at US-1940, Caesar Creek State Park. Or so I thought. Once I arrived home, I plugged in the QMX to a power meter and lo and behold 3.6 Watts!! This is what I typically get with this radio. So I figured my antenna must have been damaged when it fell. I set it up and ran a full sweep and everything looked normal. Huh.... So I connected the QMX to the antenna and it worked! I made 5 or 6 contacts on multiple bands. I'm not sure what happened in Ohio, but I'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth! So, I took it back out into the field to give it a work over. Well, needless to say, it worked great! I made 13 contacts included 3 DX stations.
