The Hotel is located at Dr. B Borooah Road, Opposite Nehru Stadium, Ulubari. It is also very near to the Guwahati Railway Station and Paltan Bazaar too. Which makes it convenient for both travelers and tourists who will be boarding the train station . We booked an Elegant Suite room which has a King Sized Bed and sofa. It has two Acs and two Flat Screens one each for both the private room & executive room. The room service was good and the bathrooms were very clean. I paid 10,000 rupees in total inclusive of taxes for 2 nights. The receptionists were were warm and friendly on our check in and check out as well. The bell boy named Joy was very good , humble and smart. He even escorted us to the taxi at the end of the day on check out. I tipped him Rs.100 for his good service. Overall, it was worth the money and time spent at the Ornate and I recommend it to customers looking for a good hotel which is centrally located at the heart of the city.
