In this video I am posting quite a bit of various "vlog" style footage from the DJI Osmo Pocket. Here you'll get to see various normal day footage that is straight out of the camera on auto settings. The footage includes some driving (shooting out side and front windows), walking forward, walking with selfie face tracking mode on, and talking inside the car as well as outside with a little bit of wind. Hopefully you can get a feel for how the camera performs in various daytime conditions, where there is little cloud cover and the sun is shining quite bright. I did not use a phone with the Osmo Pocket to record these clips - just the device itself. As you can see there are some various issues that I noticed while using this for the first time. All in all, the footage looks pretty good out of the camera. With the firmware update, the audio isn't that bad either - I think it will work well for a vlogging format. I recorded in 1080p 60 fps as I think a lot of consumers that might be interested in this device for casual use aren't going to want to deal with the overhead of 4K video editing and processing. However, I do plan on also doing some recording in a future video at 4K resolution to test out that as well. Along with leveraging the iPhone/Android connected experience to test out the Pro mode and advanced settings and modes available. The 28mm equivalent FOV is a bit hard to get used to as you need to keep the gimbal at a decent distance in selfie mode to avoid cutting off the top of your head.
