We do the hard work and spend the day running around finding the best places to get your dumpling on. We hit up Jia Jia Tang Bao, home to arguably the best pork and crab xiaolongbao in Shanghai before trying an interesting combination of salted egg and pork xiaolongbao at Ling Long Fang. We check out the famous fried dumplings at Yang’s to taste their 3 different dumpling filling plate, we also visit Wan Shou Zhai, a very old school dumpling house that serves smaller xiaolongbao.
