Abhimanyu Mishra is one of the most talented youngsters in the world. He became the youngest GM in the world at the age of 12 years 4 months and 25 days. He recently crossed 2600 at the tender age of just 14 years and now he is aiming to reach the milestone of the youngest player to reach 2700 Elo. While his chess career is going well, his father Hemant Mishra wanted to share with us the difficulties that Abhimanyu is facing with regards to sponsorships and overall situation of chess support in the USA.
