This is probably my favorite dessert I've ever created! It was such a challenge, I can't believe I actually executed it! 😍 The Golden Snitch was filled with Nutella Mousse and Salted Caramel, and a sugar resurrection stone, just like the movie! I then sprayed it with chocolate and covered it in gold luster dust. I also did the same thing with the wings, which were made out of meringue. Would you guys like a full tutorial?
