For more information on this vehicle and to see over 100 pictures, follow the link below or click SHOW MORE. https://www.volocars.com/auto-sales/v... Whoa Nelly! This is a factory Tuxedo Black, no vinyl top with white interior SS. True 138 VIN, #s match motor, original dated posi. EXTERIOR: Killer looks and it was born this way! It is slick and straight. Paint code AA: Tuxedo Black without a vinyl top. It is polished smooth and glossy. The majority of the chrome and trim have been replaced. Weatherstrips were replaced. Original glass except new windshield. The redlines are the cherry on top, or bottom in this case. They are 15 radials on rally wheels with sparkling trim. INTERIOR: Factory white interior, vit looks amazing against the black. Door panels look new, upholstery looks great. It has factory in dash gauges and a deluxe two spoke steering wheel. Optional seat belts in front. The best part is the 4-speed which has the correct curved shifter. Overall, very nice looking. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original 396-325 hp engine. I personally checked the casting codes, dates and the stamp. It is VIN number matching. The hp has been bumped up with a solid lift cam, aluminum intake, dual feed Holley carb HEI ignition and headers. It features power steering and power brakes. Overall clean and proper looking. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick. Inside is solid with a spatter finish. It has a jack and spare. UNDERSIDE: The front end steering and suspension looks clean like it's been rebuilt. The rear suspension looks fresh too. The fuel tank has been replaced. Brakes have been inspected and serviced, e-brake cables and brake lines were replaced. Great sounding dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Looking up at the motor is very clean. The freeze plugs, fuel pump and starter look fresh. Correct Muncie 4-speed trans. In back is the original 12 bolt 3.31 posi rear. It is dated to this car. The floors look to be very solid original. SERVICE: We inspected this car and spent $2,580 on service. We adjusted the rocker arms, fixed a valve cover leak, repaired the reverse lights, relocated the clutch spring, replaced the fuel sending unit, cleaned a turn signal socket, installed horns, adjusted and lubed the seat track, lubed the window tracks, installed door rubber bumpers, tightened the tail pipe hangers and installed zerk fittings. Don't take the colors lightly. A black with red interior 63 Corvette just sold for 40% more because of the colors. It's a beautiful car and born like you see! I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car, make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded, and you will be given a 1 year membership. 📧: [email protected] ☎️: 815-385-3644 CHAPTERS ============= 0:00 Intro 0:25 Body & Exterior 3:59 Trunk 4:35 Interior 6:30 Engine 7:49 Test Drive 10:41 Undercarriage 12:25 Outro Visit our website to see over 300 vehicles for sale! http://www.volocars.com Also check out our...
