Hey there, a common fault of many Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrants is axis bouncing. This is due to the potentiometers getting dirty which causes resistivity jumps. If you've cleaned them and you still feel the quadrant is not accurate enough I would probably advise upgrading the controller board from 8-bit to 10-bit (thus 1024 steps rather than 256).
