The title song, “Joshilaay Woh Shehzaade Hai Zameen Ke" (mentioned on the LP record as "Joshilaay Shahjaade Hein"), was the last song of Kishore Kumar and R. D. Burman collaboration. A fabulous song, unfortunately, didn’t come with normal recording quality compared to the rest of the album. At times it sounds good but overall most of you may not find the sound quality up to the mark. So, please bear with it. Not sure if the digital version of this song is having the same issue or not. The beautiful motivational lyrics were given by Javed Akhtar. The song was picturized on-screen on the film’s lead actors Anil Kapoor and Sunny Deol. The movie is loosely based on the 1965 movie For a Few Dollars More. The soundtrack on LP record was released in 1985, but the film got released only in 1989 as the initial director Shekhar Kapur left the movie midway.
