16mm home movies using the Kodacolor process marketed by Kodak between 1928 and 1935. The film was discovered in Montreal and likely shot in Quebec. The edge codes indicate that the film stock was manufactured in 1929. Please comment below if you can help identify the locations and individuals featured! The transfer was produced by screening the film with a xenon Eiki projector fitted with a vintage Kodascope Model B lens and Kodacolor Filter Assembly, and then capturing the projected image with a Blackmagic camera. Many thanks to Martin Châteauvert for devising the projection setup and machining a new barrel permitting the use of the vintage lens on the modern projector, and to Yann-Manuel Hernandez for the digital capture. //////////////////// Film de famille 16mm utilisant le procédé Kodacolor commercialisé par Kodak entre 1928 et 1935. Le film a été découvert à Montréal et semble avoir été tourné au Québec. La pellicule a quant à elle été fabriquée en 1929 selon les "edge codes" Kodak. Les couleurs du film ont été restituées grâce à un dispositif constitué d'un projecteur Eiki doté d'une lampe au xénon, d'un objectif de Kodascope Model B, et d'un Kodacolor Filter Assembly. La capture numérique de l'image projetée a été réalisée à l'aide d'une caméra Blackmagic.
