Shot during the height of the pandemic in fall 2020, the film navigates the edges between anxiety and exultation in an empty amphitheater in the Lower East Side of New York. Set to an electronic score by Tony Award-nominated composer Daniel Kluger, choreographed and performed by Ani Taj (The Dance Cartel), with cinematography by Maddy Talias, SUNDAY is queer-led project, shot by an all-female + non-binary film crew.
