I take on the world's hottest pizza - the Saltdean Sizzler! The Saltdean Sizzler is a pizza created by Paul's Pizza in the United Kingdom. The heat is provided by a sauce which has been tested at over 3.1M SHU and a sprinkling of chopped Naga chilli. I finished in just under 4 minutes. The previous best was around 25 minutes. Less than 1% of challengers have finished a whole pizza! Paul and his team make fresh dough every day which is slowly fermented - this produces an amazing base with a light crust. This is then topped with high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Even if you don't think you can tame the Saltdean Sizzler, I'd definitely recommend trying something else on the menu as their pizzas are exceptional!
