Simple method to grow #mint (पुदीना) at home. Guaranteed Results! Hey plant lovers, In this video, I have shown you how you can propagate mint from cuttings in the comfort of your home. Growing mint can be done in two ways. Either in soil like I have shown you in this video or you can also grow mint in water. Both these methods generate great results. Step by step guide on how to propagate mint from cuttings in soil Get hold on a few healthy mint sprigs. You can buy a bunch from your local vegetable vendor Cut just below the nodes of each sprig. This facilitates root growth Strip leaves from the bottom of each sprig leaving just a few leaves on the top of each sprig Prepare a potting mix comprising of compost, sand, coco peat and neem cake powder Fill the pot with the potting mix and water evenly Gently burry each cutting 2" deep into the potting mix. Space the cutting evenly in the pot and make sure the leaves are not touching each other for best results Spritz water over the top leave and place your pot away from direct sunlight until they show new growth Regularly check on them to make sure they are growing nice and healthy Lastly, pluck all the new baby leaves (for a bushy mint plant), enjoy the minty fragrance and consume freshly home grown herbs!
