My name is Larissa Girskaya. I am a professional musician and the author of the lyrics to "You Are The Only One" with the exception of a few lines that were written and performed earlier by Freddie Mercury. I am sure that this is exactly the case now because the original idea to release "You Are The Only One" was Freddie's and his help was very much felt throughout the entire process of working on the song. Who exactly is this song dedicated to? - I don't know.
