Fixing the shifting issue on the 3vze 3.0 V6. The 4Runner was having an issue where it wouldn't shift into overdrive (4th gear). This automatic 3VZE (3.0 / a340) is a nightmare! We ended up replacing the kickdown cable and replacing some parts related to the shift assembly. Additionally, we adjusted the TPS but that wasn't documented in this video. There are plenty of factors at play which can affect shifting when it comes to these transmissions. Follow as we work through the kinks and get this 1990 Toyota 4Runner running well again.
