hey hey, this video is like two weeks in the making and a million variations of packing, but here we are. the count down has dwindled to under 48 hours til I am in Edinburgh and less than a week until officially moving into my new flat crying emojis while I am super excited for my journey, I am going to be completely honest in saying that it won't be easy nor a smooth transition and I plan on documenting it all, regardless of how glamourous. I would also like to say, I am entirely aware of the privilege I have to be able to go somewhere abroad for my degree, but I am in no way wealthy. I am lucky to be able to afford the extra luggage fares, but it is not something my family nor I am happy about. Transparency is key to keeping it real, and I just want to make it clear that I don't come from some wealthy new England family, I will have student debt, and this is cheaper than a lot of American colleges, but it is still costly.
