First off I suggested replacement on this one, and they had already told me that is in their plans. Due to the extreme amounts of pet urine there is no way to guarantee complete removal without first removaling the pad and treating the sub-floor first. There is a product called odor barrier for doing that. once that's done it would be good for doing a full replacement carpet and pad. Unfortunately, the last cleaner they hired was in and out in 30 minutes. 😬 There was areas throughout with brown out that was noticeable in each room. Furniture stain from pets peeing on them and it getting on the carpets.
