I received Forgotten Lake Blueberry Ale by Lake of the Wood's Brewing Company from Drew ‪@BeerforBreakfastFactsforSnacks‬ & ‪@Wattsonthegrill‬ Go sub to his channels if you aren't already! The can actually listed this 7.1% abv beers as being a 16 on the SRM chart. When I poured it out it looked a little darker than that and I think it was closer to a 17, but I am sure their equipment measures the SRM better than my eyes perceive it. With that being said it poured out a dark amber color with a fingers worth of off white head that dissipated quickly. On the nose I picked up fresh blueberry, but the scent was not very strong. The flavors were subdued blueberry. The blueberry was subdued just like the can says. The beer had a medium body with some drying on the back end and a hint of bitterness.
