I decided to FINALLY get around to doing a PM on this fan after looking at the long range StormTracker forecast and noticing that it'll be close to 90 degrees. And since I sleep during the day (I work nights), I kind of need a way to keep cool. I could turn on the A/C, but after barely surviving last year's heatwave, I don't want to take a chance on it taking a dump on me. Besides, this set up will be sufficient enough until I can get around to getting a better A/C unit (if I choose to). NOTES: After taking the Lakewood out, I did use other fans in the window. The Lasko 9" window fan, the unknown Penncrest, as well as the Dominion. Also, when I said "the devestating flood of 2010", I'm serious. During the first three days of May 2010, it constantly rained causing rivers to flood (try searching Tennessee Flood of 2010).
