Amid the uproar, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather reminded members of assembly rules, telling Sharma, 'You are not above rules'. Following the heated exchange, BJP MLAs were removed by marshals, with lone BJP woman MLA Shagun Parihar standing on a table, leading to the intervention of female marshals.
