Recipe: 4 medium/big tomatoes A little olive oil, about 4 tablespoons/60ml 9 oz/250g Feta cheese About 2 teaspoons dried oregano 12 oz/350g Chorizo 2 pickled cucumbers About 9 oz/250g your favorite yellow cheese, I am using Havarti 2 sweet peppers 4 eggs Spring onions and fresh parsley to put on top The video says 12 oz/350g yellow cheese, it should be 9 oz/250g, my mistake. Cook in a preheated oven 392F/200C for 40 minutes, then crack the 4 eggs on top and finish cooking uncovered for 12-15 minutes more. This recipe is enough for 4 people.
