We compare Honor's new View 20 flagship phone side-by-side with Huawei's excellent P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro smartphones, to see which boasts the best specs, speed, camera tech, battery life and beyond. The P20 and Mate 20 Pro are still two of our favourite devices in 2018, packing premium hardware, slick EMUI software and seriously good triple-lens camera tech. However, the Honor View 20 (or V20) is strong competition at a more affordable price. The View 20 sports similar specs to Huawei's Pro phones, as well as a mighty 48MP rear camera and the new Magic UI 2.0 (which is essentially EMUI 9 under a different name). We love the design work, and the overall experience is solid. So is the Honor V20 a worthy alternative to Huawei's phones? Well, as much as we adore the P20 and Mate 20 Pro, the better value offered by the View 20 is hard to pass up.
