Conservation Caravan (grasslandcommunity.org)

Operation Grassland Community has been hard at work for over two decades collaborating the land stewards of rural Alberta to protect and enhance prairie wildlife habitats for species at risk. In 2013, we are continuing this worthwhile effort, but we are also reaching beyond the rural landscape to the urban consumer. Through an innovative film project called the "Conservation Caravan", we hope to share with urban consumers the beauty of this endangered prairie landscape, along with the passionate stories of those stewards who call this place home.
