UPDATE: Due to the ongoing challenges and failures with the zipper not zipping properly in other sections, I have since discarded this cooler and replaced it with a different brand. Its a shame that it was only used a few times, and resulted in these failures. I really liked the idea of this cooler, but given the number of troubles with the zipper along with the cost of this cooler, I am overall disappointed in the quality and design of this, and have since moved on. Hopefully this tip may help someone out in the future, or give them ideas or inspiration for a similar fix. After having the zipper break and come apart a few times after just a few uses, ended up with a short term fix shown in this video. While not at all a perfect solution, I didn't see a better way to resolve it and this allows it to be realigned again in the future as I continued to battle issues with this zipper design.
