Interviewing a genuine Naga Sadhu, who are renowned for their intense, austere practises and their elemental knowledge of the cosmos and nature, has long been on my mind. When I was in Gangotri, my friend Mr. Maheshji called to inform me that Śri Poonamgiri Maharaji, who at that time was in Gangotri, was going to depart from the location where he had been engaged in focused tapasya. Would I like to meet with him before he left, he asked? Since Naga Sadhus are typically aloof and don't engage with people, I went there with no expectations. By his immense grace, Sri Poonamgiri Maharaji permitted me to not only have an audience, but record him for this interview during which he offered deep insights into decoding environmental science, yantra, and timeless algorithmic technologies of yantra, bija, alchemy...
