Hi friends! I have talked about my 6 week cut during the summer... WELL I wanted to do a 12 week plan for winter but make it balanced - while still seeing results! This is how I am doing it: 1. Instead of tracking macros in a cut - I am at a maintence and I only track for 1 month. After its intuitive! *this may be different for you depending on your goals! 2. Increase movement - back on movement twice a day - meaning two workouts whether its a walk in the morning and lifting or a run at night! I will do this 5 days a week 3. Progressive lifting plan 4. Limiting sugar and alcohol 5. Getting rid of anything that doesnt serve me - aka hard for a people pleaser hehe *keep in mind this is what works for me, my body and lifestyle - it may be different for you! So far im three weeks in - figured i would update you :) I have had bumps along the road like a cold, sinus infection and traveling but i am sticking true with it to an extent!
