So yeah, as an MP would explain, eBay was opened, mistakes were made and lessons were learned. Unfortunately we'll never know by who. What's more, measures have not been put in place to ensure this never happens again. A few things: I know this is a very old design; this is not me hating on Tamiya (I'm a fan of a lot of their stuff - just not every bizarre choice they make); and I'm in no way expecting this to perform like a modern crawler. Or any crawler at all... when I mention crawling in the video, it's more habit than anything. Really I mean 'go down a footpath or over a 1cm bump without getting stuck.' I also need it to do less than about 20mph, because why would you want this to go that fast anyway? In fact, because I'm basically very stupid, I've already decided the next kit I build will be a Tamiya, and frankly it'll be even less capable than this one... So anyway, if you're complaining in the comments, you should have read this bit first...
