Prevent or fix Err 2 on Sulfur Cleer: Regen bleach removes the lubrication of the piston, it will jam open and flow water all night. Turn bypass knob on Sulfur Cleer to stop it. Then to fix: 1. After bypass, unplug cord going to transformer. 2. Take off cover and unscrew larger round head screw left of Cam (white cylinder). 3. Remove C-clip from top inside of Cam and pop up. 4. Unscrew 3 back screws (small square screw on top, 2 big screws on bottom - bottom plate will fall off). Unplug black wires (they can go to either port) and take out motor by rotating to grooves. 5. Use pliers to pull out Sulfur Cleer Seal Pack (bottom cylinder with thick washers). 6. Unscrew middle, clean and lube green brass piston and outside seals with clear silicone Chemplex 862. 7. Rack piston back and forth. 8. Put back together; put piston back in, put motor and plate back on, line up and screw in. 9. Line up Cam and make sure all the way down, screw on left and C-clip. 10. On the top near tank behind cover, there is a shiny metal piece with 3 screws, take off and pull out screen and tan piece (Eductor). Remove and clean, put back. Only need to do the Sulfur Cleer side, other tank screen never gets dirty. 11. Plug in and watch movement to see if it is right. 12. Turn off bypass.
