Nahush passed out as a 5 years course LL.B. graduate in 1991. Nahush completed his LL. M. in International Law in 1993. Nahush started practicing Law as a litigation lawyer in 1991 at Nagpur. In the initial 8 - 9 years of his law practice he handled almost all types of cases before all types of courts and tribunals such as High Court, District Court, Civil Court, JMFC Court, industrial court, labour Court, cooperative Court, Consumer Court, College Tribunal, School Tribunal, Revenue Tribunal, Administrative Tribunals etc. In addition, he have also conducted case is before various revenue and other authorities like Divisional Commissioner, Collector, Tahsildar etc. For quite a substantial period of time he also practiced as a government pleader before the High Court and have gained vast experience of handling various types of litigation before the High Court. Having felt saturated with that kind of work he resigned from that position on his own by his choice. After that he started practicing privately before the high court of Bombay Nagpur bench Nagpur, building his own law practice.
